Dr. Mark Epstein MD FACS of Stony Brook, NY met with this young patient and decided a rhinoplasty would improve her look. The 19-year old wanted to make a change to her profile and get rid of the hump and rounded nose tip. Dr. Epstein made the tip of her nose pointier through open tip rhinoplasty. He smoothed out her dorsal hump and made her nose smoother for a more ideal profile.
